I think that healthy life style is very modern now and I always follow all useful tips that I can find in internet in Youtube channels, like to cook and also find healthy tasty recipes and try them out. I love to take care of my body and my figure , go in for sports two or three times per week in the gym, prefer to go for a walk rather then use car or taxi or any other city transport, cause I think it is healthy , like to be active , to go out for a cup of coffee with my family or friends, to go to the cinema or to watch a nice movie at home, to read an interesting book, to visit interesting seminars and exhibitions.
